The WYW Pledge
As a member of Work Your Why (WYW), I commit to discovering, refining, and working toward my purpose with intention and integrity. I recognize the value of accountability, community, and collective action in achieving my goals and supporting the growth of others.
I pledge to:
1. Pursue My Why with Focus and Dedication I will take intentional steps to align my actions with my “why,” maintaining consistency and discipline as I work toward my goals.
2. Honor the Growth Compound Principles I commit to using the frameworks and tools provided by WYW to stay accountable, measure progress, and celebrate milestones.
3. Uplift and Support the Community I will actively engage in the WYW community by sharing knowledge, collaborating with others, and offering support wherever possible.
4. Embrace Cheerful Militancy I will approach challenges with optimism and resilience, focusing on solutions rather than distractions or divisive narratives.
5. Abide by the WYW Guides & Accountability Statutes (W.G.A.S.) I will uphold the policies and principles outlined in the W.G.A.S., ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with WYW’s mission. I accept the accountability framework as a tool for my growth and the collective good.
6. Hold Myself Accountable I recognize that growth requires accountability, and I will welcome feedback, follow through on my commitments, and address any violations of WYW principles with humility and a commitment to improvement.
7. Build Without Permission I will not wait for validation to pursue my purpose. I will take ownership of my journey, boldly stepping into opportunities to create impact and change.
8. Contribute to the Collective Why I understand that my “why” is part of a greater movement.
By committing to my own growth, I am contributing to the shared mission of WYW: empowering individuals, uplifting communities, and fostering a legacy of purpose-driven action. This is my pledge as a Work-Your-Whyer. Together, we rise. Together, we build. Together, we work our why.
